MAHA542 Studio

is a multi media marketing service designed to draw people in business together to financially network their advertising cost allowing them broader ways to promote their businesses. The service design came from Marcella A. Hardin who opened her door for business in 1989. The original business concept was for the sale of promotional products and developed into a promotional/marketing service. She is currently editor of “What’s Happening Magazine” a very successful monthly publication geared towards networking the minority community with businesses, organizations and events. Marcella is the creator/producer and host of “On Time TV”, a consultant for several small businesses, a game show host, singer and professional commentator. Marcella A. Hardin retired August of 2010 as CEO of MAHA542 Studio, Inc. but keeps her title as President of the Corporation. Marcella in 2008 is pursuing her desires as a jazz singer, and has been picked up by our affiliate G & G Records, Inc. Look for a CD release in 2009.

C.E.O/co-creator/producer and editor of “On Time TV” and www.ontimetvshow.com is Ronetta Colbert, who has served as Executive Producer of both shows since 2004. Ms. Colbert recently became CEO of the company when Marcella retired in August of 2010. Ms. Colbert Incorporated MAHA542 Studio as plans are expanding with Marcella now doing live performances. "We are arts and entertainment" highlighting local and international artist. Ms. Colbert is responsible for research, website development, review and head decision maker of a MAHA542 Studio with input from Marcella Hardin, Vern Estes, Lonne Givens Sr., and the Board. MAHA542 Studio division produces CD/DVD printing, cover design, typesetting, editing and video presentations.

Vernon Estes, President of Estes Enterprises and VernMar Productions , is co-creator of “On Time TV” and executive field producer of the shows. He is the creator/producer of “Steppin Chicago Style”, which you can view on this web site. In 2008 Mr. Estes became the National Photographer for “Inside Steppin' Magazine”. Lonne Givens Sr. owner and CEO of G&G Records, Inc. Mr. Givens has been with MAHA542 Studio from the beginning. He joined the Board of Directors of MAHA542 Studio in 2010 his talent and knowledge has been very valuable to the company. He has had appearances with such artist as the "The Floaters, Detroit Emerald's,"Patrice Rushen. War, Dennis Edwards, Friend Of Distinction,and Blues Legend "Buddy Guy". Lonne has worked extensively in the Chicago area, receiving standing ovations from music clubs, dinner clubs, and concerts. He has toured the "Philippine Islands, Tokyo, Tennessee, Arkansas, Las Vegas, Michigan, Florida,Wisconsin, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Indiana. With the release of the "HOLD ON TO THE BLUES" CD, Lonne made the music world stop and take notice that he was on the way up. J.J. Johnson, President of Pegasus Enterprises, is a backer of the shows with his excellent digital photography services. Mr. Johnson is a retired Naval Officer and stage performer.

In 2006 the show added Art” Chatdaddy” Sims as celebrity co-host. Mr. Sims is an accomplished writer, host of “The Real Deal Ultimate Relationship Chat” and entertainment host with the daily published Chicago Defender Newspaper in Chicago.
