Is a yearly show created to assist the many programs supported by the Waukegan Township to aid those in need. Marcella A. Hardin one of the creators and host of "On Time TV" supports this program by the giving of her time and talentand promoting this event every year. This year we wanted to share with our viewers online a small portion of this event which premiered in front of a sold out audience .
